In our award-winning Restaurant we source only the freshest, in season produce from trusted local and regional suppliers to really inspire our menus. The array of dishes celebrates the local and seasonal ingredients on offer within our region.

There’s always something new to tempt your palate. A brand new menu is offered daily to reflect what fresh local produce is available. All our dishes are freshly prepared, using seasonal produce.

Our Head Chef is Paul Curran, who has worked tirelessly over the past two decades for the hotel. He has honed his skills and nurtured and inspired a team of dedicated staff.

Paul and his team have gone on to achieve an AA rosette, which they have held consecutively for the last twelve years and is included in The AA Restaurant Guide.  The restaurant has also held a Taste Lancashire “Highest Quality Assured” award since 2008 and recognition by  Visit Lancashire for its us of local produce.

If you have any special dietary needs then our chefs will cater for them – just let us know in advance.

Service Times

Breakfast Times

  • Monday – Friday 8.00-9.30am
  • Weekend & Bank Holidays 8.00-9.45am

Breakfast is included in your tariff, however, extra guests may take breakfast at a cost of £12.95 per person.

Dinner Times

  • Daily – 6.30-8.00pm

Table D’Hote dinner is charged at £30.00 for three courses or £25.00 for two courses, with coffee, per person, unless included in your tariff.
