Accessibility Information
We endeavour to provide a suitable environment and place to relax for everyone who stays with us.
All major hotel facilities are wheelchair accessible, such as our lounges, dining room, coffee shop and foyer. The bar has an alternate access route close-by and our ballroom has a collapsible ramp we can put up if needed.
We also have a ramp and/or alternate access to most other parts of the hotel as well as a limited number of bathroom and shower aids available upon request.
Although we don’t officially have disabled accessible rooms, we do have a number of rooms better suited for people with mobility issues. As such, we urge all guests with specific needs to book direct over the phone so that we can describe the options available to you and help you with any questions/ queries about our facilities. However, please be aware that most accessible rooms require use of the lift.
When booking online, we cannot guarantee that your room will be lift accessible. This is true even if you specify in your comments that you require lift access. This is because our online booking system sees only availability of that room type, not the location or accessibility of that room.
